What is a closed wall panel?
A closed wall panel is a fully built exterior wall made in our factory: solid timber framing wrapped with hardwood fibreboard sheathing, densely packed cellulose (recycled newspaper) insulation, integrated weather and air control layers with rainscreen, and finished in HardiePlank siding—arriving sealed, square, and ready to crane into place.
Because the walls arrive complete, crews can stand and fasten panels in hours instead of days, allowing the roof to be installed and the structure made weather-tight much sooner, keeping trades moving efficiently and reducing rework.
Each Paradigm wall is carbon-negative, storing more carbon than it emits through the use of renewable wood, recycled cellulose insulation, and minimal synthetic materials. You get cleaner sites, less waste, and predictable quality—plus improved airtightness and better year-round energy performance from the dense-pack cellulose and fibreboard’s thermal and sound benefits.
It’s a smarter way to build for schedules, budgets, and the planet.

Our Factory
At our state-of-the-art facility in Louis Creek, BC, we craft precision-built open and closed wall panels that form the backbone of high-performance homes. Assembled under controlled conditions, each panel delivers accuracy, consistency, and quality, arriving on site ready to build. This streamlined approach cuts timelines, reduces waste, and keeps projects running smoothly.
Our factory blends advanced technology with sustainable practices, using recycled materials and airtight assembly for superior energy efficiency and durability. From single-family homes to large developments, our wall systems simplify construction and raise the bar for performance, creating homes that are stronger, quieter, and built to last.
High Performance Wall System
Our wall system is designed for strength, health, efficiency, and sustainability. Each layer is carefully engineered to deliver superior comfort, indoor air quality, energy savings, and long-term durability. The result is a wall assembly with an impressive R-39 insulation value, built using carbon-negative and recyclable materials that contribute to a healthier planet and home environment.
-
SPF 2x10 Framing: A solid structural backbone providing exceptional strength and stability.
-
Blow-in Cellulose Insulation (235mm, R-39): Dense-pack insulation made from recycled newspaper — a renewable, non-toxic material offering superior thermal performance and improved indoor air quality.
-
Hardwood Fibre Board (40mm): Adds thermal mass, fire resistance, soundproofing, and contributes to a carbon-negative wall assembly.
-
Eco Membrane: A breathable yet protective barrier that prevents moisture intrusion while allowing walls to dry naturally, supporting a healthy, mold-resistant home.
-
OSB (19mm): Structural sheathing providing rigidity, durability, and additional thermal performance.
-
HardiePlank Siding: A durable, low-maintenance, and fire-resistant exterior cladding that delivers lasting protection and modern curb appeal.
