Open wall panels are fully framed wall panels built in our factory — kiln-dried studs and plates cut to length, assembled square with pre-made openings and structural sheathing where specified. Panels arrive numbered and bundled, ready to crane into place and tie together on site.

Open wall products:

Options include staggered-stud assemblies, mid-span blocking, and engineered shear walls. We build panels up to 21 ft long and 12 ft high. Insulation, MEP runs, windows, and exterior finishes are completed on site giving trades full access while maintaining speed, flexibility, and cost control.

Paradigm also provides floor panels, roof trusses, and on-site framing materials including dimensional lumber, sheathing, and structural hardware. For smaller buildings, we offer site installations directly, while larger projects benefit from our trusted network of trade partners, ensuring smooth delivery from factory to finished structure.
